West Coast Broncos, Inc. reserves the right to alter or change the design, colors, material, specifications and suppliers of any products offered without incurring liability or obligation as long as the functionality of the product remains unchanged or is improved in comparison to the previously offered product.

Ordering Information

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover for orders placed through this website or by telephone or Fax. Money Orders and Cashier's Checks made out to West Coast Broncos, Inc. in the correct amount for parts specified on an order sheet may be mailed to our address for immediate shipment upon receipt (depending on stock on hand). No C.O.D.'s. Walk-in customers are welcome, however we ask that you call ahead to verify the availability of the parts you need prior to making the trip.

Shipping & Handling Information

Unless otherwise noted, shipping is via United Parcel Service. West Coast Broncos, Inc. is not under any obligation to honor erroneous shipping costs which may be calculated by this website or shipping quotes given by telephone. In the event shipping and handling charges will be different from that calculated automatically or quoted by telephone, the customer will be notified and given the option to cancel prior to shipping the product(s) and charging the customer. Please note that nominal handling charges are added to actual shipping costs to cover the costs of packaging materials and handling. While these costs are estimated, West Coast Broncos, Inc. does not use handling charges as a revenue stream and tries to keep them as accurately reflective of actual handling costs as possible.

Check Your Shipments Upon Arrival

Although we take great care to ensure that orders are complete and packaged to ensure against shipping damage, it is the customer's responsibility to open the package immediately upon arrival to verify the contents. You need to verify that the contents are both complete and undamaged. If the contents of the package is incomplete or damaged, contact West Coast Broncos, Inc. immediately to resolve the matter.

Returned Merchandise

Returned merchandise may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Call for a Returned Goods Authorization before returning any merchandise. All returns must be properly packaged so contents will not be damaged in shipping, with shipping prepaid (no C.O.D.'s accepted). Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. No returns after 30 days will be accepted. Special orders are prepaid and no returns accepted.

Limited Warranty

West Coast Broncos, Inc. warrants all new and remanufactured merchandise to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at time of shipment and for a period of 90 days after the date of the sale. Used parts are sold "as-is". This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, abuse, improper installation, alteration, negligence or racing. Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective item at the discretion of West Coast Broncos, Inc. No labor cost for removal or reinstallation are considered under any circumstances. Incidental or consequential damages are excluded from this warranty.
